# Download Issues

## Bought a kit and weren't able to download it?

Shoot us an email <support@drumify.com> with your name, order #, and kit you bought. We generally respond within 5-10 minutes with a new link to your download. (Assuming it's not night time for us)

## Subscribed and not seeing your credits?&#x20;

* Refresh your page and wait a few seconds, then check the top right corner where your account is. You should see your credits listed along with your username. If you aren't, please confirm your payment went through and send us an email <support@drumify.com> to has this fixed asap.

## Tried To Download A Soundkit And Got An Error?&#x20;

* Make sure the sounds are displayed on the product page like so- before attempting to download.&#x20;
* We currently don't have a way to show a MIDI or VST preset preview and let users download the file type at the same time. We understand this is an inconvenience right now and are happy to refund anyone that subscribed for the soul purpose of downloading individual VST presets or MIDI files.
* If you're still having an issue please shoot over an email to <support@drumify.com> and we'll get back to you within 5 minutes, assuming it is not the middle of the night for us. We're on PST
