Having Trouble Logging In?
Once logged in, make sure to refresh the page or head to browse to see the change displayed up top. Some users experience this unique bug when logging in and drumify not registering the change. We should have this fixed by the end of june (1 week from today)
Account Not Found
Have an account with us that isn't showing up? We recently changed Auth providers so all users have to request a new password to their email while logging in. This is because we don't have access to your password and can't merge it into our new Auth Provider.
Bought a Kit awhile Back & Can't Redownload It?
Shoot us an email support@drumify.com and we'll send over a new link to your downloads if you never created an account in the past.
Logging back in, you should see an option to redownload your kit(s) while inside of your account page. Click "orders" and download your sounds from there. You can also go to that kit page and download from there as well.
